What if I have an upcoming appointment and I don’t have enough product?
If a client books an appointment for next day and you are low on supplies, some options including: i) confirm with the client what treatment(s) they expect ii) contact other Pinch Providers in WhatsApp to ask if you can borrow from someone nearby iii) contact Pinch HQ via email (providers@pinchmed.com) to request if an accelerated shipment is possible iv) find another provider to treat the client v) politely ask the client to reschedule for a few days later.
