What if my delivery is late?

Pinch relies on 3rd parties to deliver your supplies. The vast majority of the time, kits are delivered on time but on occasion due to circumstances outside of our control a package can be late. For planning purposes, you should try to order 1-2 days in advance as a buffer. If a UPS package is late, watch the tracking number. If a Roadie is late, please contact the driver.
