How do clients leave Pinch Providers a review?

Pinch is always experimenting with how to maximize review solicitation


The process as of August 2025 is:

    • Pinch sends one email and one text message request 1 hour after you log the appointment, or 7 AM the next morning if logged late at night.
    • The message requests a Google review and/or Provider Profile review and gives both options as a link
    • Google Reviews help clients find and trust Pinch overall
    • Provider Profile reviews help clients trust you specifically

Pinch HQ cannot “resend” an email/text a 2nd time to avoid being spammy.
