What if clients can’t find the message where to leave their Reviews?
If your client didn’t see the message, you can guide them to:
- Search their text message for a message from 708-847-4624
- If they blocked text messages, they can reply “START” to the last message from that number
- Or, search their email for a message from “clients@pinchmed.com” with a subject line “How was your treatment?”
- If they don’t see this, they likely unsubscribed from emails
After extensive experimentation, we’ve found that clients are more likely to leave a review if we message them right after treatment than if we wait two weeks. However, you can certainly follow up with them after two weeks to confirm they are happy, then politely remind/request they leave a review and point them to the sent instructions.
