How do I get paid? What if there may be a mistake?
Paying you promptly is very important to us. In general, you should automatically always be paid and it should be accurate.
1) Until you set up Paychex, we can’t pay you.
2) We pay you the 2nd business day of the month for the prior month
3) All payments for treatments should be automated and highly accurate & appear in your Dashboard
4) Any other adjustments for things outside of treatments (eg, incentive pay, shipping, etc) are manually calculated and don’t appear in your dashboard yet.
5) If there is ever an issue, simply email providers@pinchmed.com and we’ll gladly address asap
