How to get your profile & treatments to appear on the website

As a Pinch Provider, you get a Pinch Provider Profile page AND menu of treatments.

For your Provider Profile to showcase your treatments, you must have >1 treatment set to public.

For a given treatment, your status can be: 

• Ineligible
  • You haven’t yet studied the treatment
  • Or, the treatment isn’t yet available to you
• Sandbox
  • You’ve studied the treatment
  • You are working to meet the requisite minimum to be certified/appear publicly
• Certified
  • You’ve graduated from Sandbox by finishing the min number of treatments
  • You can set yourself to private, and nobody will find you
  • Or, you can set yourself to “I’m available” and you’ll appear publicly

How To Appear In Search

1) On the Pinch Provider Dashboard, look for “Your Treatments” then click “See all” to get to your “Treatments Availability” page.

2) On Your “Treatments Availability" page, you’ll see a list of treatments you are eligible to offer in your “Sandbox”

While in “Sandbox” mode, you’ll see a “Sandbox” callout for treatments where you are eligible but haven’t yet done a minimum number of practice treatments. If you are in this mode, send a client your private booking link.

3) To transition from Sandbox To Public, after logging the requisition number of treatments, you may toggle a treatment to “I’m Available” which moves you from Sandbox Mode to Public Mode.

Once the status is set above, when a client looks for that treatment at a time/geo you are available, you’ll appear in search.

4) To double-check what you are publicly available to offer, go to https://www.bookpinch.com/providers, search your name, and see what you offer.
