If you are signing up for Pinch Payroll and are asked for a W9, this is an IRS tax form.

You can find the form on the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

Please fill that out and submit to Ramp, the service we use to process Provider pay.
