Pinch Provider Referral Program
Refer a fellow NP. Earn up to $400.
Tell your network about Pinch. When they apply and name you, you both earn a bonus once they're up and running with us. No forms required.
How much you can earn
Both sides paid the same.

Pre-launch = Pinch isn't live yet in that market. Post-launch = Pinch is already serving clients there.
How it works
1. Tell them about Pinch. Send a fellow injector to the Pinch application.
2. They apply and name you. On the application, they enter your name when asked "How did you hear about us?"
3. You both get paid. Once they hit their trigger appointment (3rd for experienced injectors, 1st for new injectors), the bonus goes out to both of you.
Common questions
What if my friend forgets to name me on the application? If it comes up in conversation with our team, we'll catch it. Send them a quick text reminding them to put your name in the "How did you hear about us?" field — that's the cleanest path.
What if my friend was already talking to Pinch? We operate on a "first touch" basis. If they were already in our pipeline from another source, that source is the source of record and the referral doesn't qualify.
Why do experienced injectors need to hit 3 appointments? Experienced injectors come in with an established book and should clear 3 appointments easily. New injectors are still building their book as they bring it on — that naturally takes a bit longer to ramp up, so we trigger their bonus at appointment 1.
Can I refer family members? Immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) isn't eligible. Friends, former coworkers, classmates, and professional network — all fair game.
Is the bonus taxable? Yes. Referral bonuses are 1099 income and will appear on your year-end tax forms from Pinch.
Is there an end date? No fixed end date right now, but we may update or end the program as our business evolves. If you've been meaning to make an intro, now's a great time — referrals already in flight stay on the original terms.
