How do reviews at Pinch work?

Following a Pinch appointment, we solicit 3 type of reviews:

1. Google Reviews - These appear on Google and help new clients find Pinch as a brand. Often, the reviews reference you.
2. Reviews.io: Company Reviews - Gives us private feedback on a client experience so we can all get better together. This does not appear on your profile.
3. Reviews.io: For Provider - The star ratings and comments that appear on your profile.

After you log an appointment, your clients will get a prompt via SMS or email for Google and/or Reviews.io. Some clients do one, but not the other.

We are always testing the messaging, timing, and order to maximize the number of client reviews that come in. If they gave you a review but it did NOT appear on your profile, it is likely because they skipped the Provider level review prompt.
