You can contact Pinch HQ by emailing providers@pinchmed.com. Please provide as much detail as possible about yourself, your client and your situation. We aim to respond within one business day. We may respond faster, and at especially busy times or for more complex issues it may day a little longer. You can also ask other Pinch Providers for peer help in WhatsApp.
